The Narel
Group was founded in 1994 and the company was originally engaged in the
trading and wholesale distribution business. Narel acquired the exclusive
distributor ship for the stage water heater brands of the American Water
Heater Company from the USA.
In 1995,
Narel was awarded the supply and installation contract for the hot water
system of the entire Trader’s Hotel renovation project. Due to its
satisfactory performance, Traders Hotel awarded Narel additional contracts,
which included mechanical, civil, architectural and interior finishing
works.
In December of 1995, Narel ventured into the house
construction industry through a joint venture project with Progressive
Homes, Inc. Narel was tasked to design and build quality medium cost houses
at the Progressive Village Phase 2 in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. In line with its
vision, Narel utilized both conventional and non-conventional construction
materials to set a higher standard of quality while maintaining its
affordability.
Narel entered into other housing project ventures in 1996
with Alecon Realty Corp. and San Lorenzo Development Corp. Narel’s
participation in the ventures was to design and build houses on the
developer’s lots and eventually sell them as a house and lot package.
In 1999, Narel Homes collection was
launched This was Narel’s entry into retail home
building aimed to cater to individual lot owners. Narel offered
pre-designed house models for the middle income market and general
contractor services for the upscale-custom designed market segment.
Although Narel has geared its operations into home building,
we are also capable of constructing various commercial and industrial
building projects. Our staff includes a pool of experienced engineers,
architects, technicians and a wide range of skilled construction workers.
Narel believes that its greatest asset lies in its
management and staff. It hopes to achieve its goals by continuously
training and upgrading the skills of its employees. Furthermore, Narel
strives to source and utilize new and better construction systems,
materials, and equipment. |
